Refund policy

We strongly believe in the innovative scientific research we have used to create the Dermixology product line, the clinical testing employed, and the clinical results obtained. We want you to be completely and 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand by the quality of our products.

If you are new to the Dermixology products, it is important to understand that some of the benefits of their use are almost immediately noticeable, while others, such as reduction in the appearance of redness, brown discolorations, and wrinkles, may take a month or so to begin to show improvement. By following our recommended regimen of morning and evening applications, this improvement endures and is maintained by continued use of Dermixology products. Our products are safe for long-term use and the longer you use them, the more natural and better the results become over time.

With that said, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any Dermixology purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return of unopened, unused or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund minus the initial cost of shipping. Returned merchandise should be in the original sealed, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be eligible for credit, refund, or exchange.

Please make sure you fulfill the requirements below to return any portion of your order:

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Please include a copy of your invoice or sales order confirmation with your return. On the back of the original packing slip, note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return packing slip with your item(s).
  3. We can only accept returns for refund, credit, or exchange on unopened, unused, or defective merchandise. All Dermixology skincare returns must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued, minus the original shipping fees.
  4. We encourage you to use the original packaging/packing materials that came with your Dermixology purchase.
  5. Please use a return label to be provided to ensure proper return address and credit information. Please allow 10-15 business days for the processing of your return.
  6. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, please send your return via insured USPS, UPS, or FEDEX ground. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
