AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Dermixology and Dermixology.com (hereinafter referred to as "Dermixology"), wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sarnoff + Gotkin Skincare, LLC:
The Dermixology Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by Dermixology.
The Dermixology Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Dermixology Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices, as well as the Dermixology Privacy Policy.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Dermixology reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Dermixology Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Dermixology Web Site.

Dermixology reserves the right to review and remove any materials at its sole discretion and may terminate access to Communication Services without notice.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO DERMIXOLOGY

Dermixology does not claim ownership of the materials you provide (including feedback and suggestions). However, by submitting, uploading, or posting your materials, you are granting Dermixology a non-exclusive right to use, copy, distribute, and publicly display the materials.

No compensation will be provided for your materials, and Dermixology reserves the right to remove them at any time.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The information, software, products, and services provided on the Dermixology Web Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information. Dermixology and its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the information and services provided. All information is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dermixology and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Dermixology Web Site.
